HARRISBURG – State Rep. Jake Banta (R-Erie) today announced that his Girard, North East and Waterford district office locations will be officially opening next week (Jan. 23) to serve the people of the 4th Legislative District.
“Again, my passion as a public servant is hard work, and the original intent of our state and federal Constitutions will be my guide,” said Banta. “Stopping by my offices is a great way for citizens to let me know what they think we ought to be doing here at home and in Harrisburg. I invite everyone to visit or give us a call because we are here to listen and serve you.”

Available services include assisting District 4 residents with PennDOT paperwork, driver’s license and vehicle registration applications and renewals, handicap placards and dead tags (plates); information and applications for senior citizen benefit programs, including Property Tax/Rent Rebate and PACE/PACENET prescription drug programs; unclaimed property searches; securing birth and death certificates (photo identification required); state tax forms; and many others.
